Interesting hey! So, in terms of habits for good health, there are lots of options. The main thing is that little and often is they key. I’ve always believed that a small amount of relatively gentle exercise every days is better for my health than sporadic intensity.
This can be anything: walking, running, hiking, weight lifting, bodyweight exercise, swinging clubbells or kettlebells, recreational sports, and even sex! Check out other exercise related posts on this site.
